1. The inventory of flammable and toxic solvents used in dye penetrant testing shall not exceed the prescribed limit and shall be stored in a safe and reliable place;

2. The inventory of coloring agents shall not exceed the usage of one work shift. Containers storing or containing testing equipment and testing reagents shall be sealed and covered. The storage location shall be cool, away from direct sunlight, and kept away from heat and fire sources;

3. When using pressure sprinkler irrigation, it is necessary to prevent direct sunlight exposure and the ambient temperature should not exceed 50 ℃;

4. The residual liquid used for coloring agents in flaw detection equipment should be stored properly and disposed of correctly, and should not cause pollution to the environment;

5. The workplace should be well ventilated, and the concentration of toxic substances should not exceed the standard. On the premise of not affecting the sensitivity of the testing equipment, low toxicity testing reagents should be selected as much as possible;

6. The operation site of the flaw detection equipment should be clean and tidy, equipped with sufficient and effective fire extinguishing equipment, regularly inspected, and have complete fire safety signs.
