The CDX-5 multi-purpose magnetic particle flaw detector adopts a combined rotating magnetic field. And optional: A-type probe (for corner weld inspection), A-angle probe (for ordinary butt welds, forgings, steel plates, etc.), F-type probe (magnetic yoke), O-type probe (annular coil). The instrument is an integrated multi-purpose instrument, and the E-type probe can continuously detect defects on the surface and near surface of the inspected workpiece in all directions. It can display defects and scars intuitively and clearly, with high sensitivity and easy operation. This equipment complies with the requirements of JB/T7411-94 "Technical Conditions for Electromagnetic Yoke Flaw Detector" and JB/T6870-93 "Technical Conditions for Rotating Magnetic Field Flaw Detector" standards.
